Achievements

About the add-on:

• The «Achievements» add-on lets users earn different badges.
• Provider awards attract customer attention and increase the trust index for their owners, highlighting the provider’s status and the quality of services they deliver on the marketplace.
• Badges earned for achievements are displayed in different areas.

How it works:

Service providers can earn the following badges:

• «Completed tasks». Awarded after completing a configurable number of tasks, for example 10, 100, 200, 300. Updates instantly when the next milestone is reached.
• «Top providers». Awarded to providers who are in the top list, for example top 50, 100, 500. Fully depends on the provider’s position in the overall listing.
• «Successful completion rate». Awarded to active users who have been selected as task providers at least N times, and shows what percentage of their tasks were completed successfully. Providers who successfully complete fewer than N% of tasks are blocked automatically (automatic blocking can be disabled). N is a configurable value.
• «Expert», or another name set by the administrator. This badge is assigned by the administrator in the user profile.

Admin panel:

• The administrator can configure email notifications for providers about earning or losing each badge
• Adjust badge thresholds
• Fill in information fields for all badges
• Monitor users earning and losing achievements
