Launch your car marketplace with your AI team on board

What you can build

One engine, many kinds of automotive marketplace

The same vehicle-shape listing + dealer tooling adapts to how your market actually trades. A few of the shapes operators build on it.

Cars — dealers & private sellers

Passenger cars, SUVs, utes. Make/model/year/mileage forms with custom fields per class (add VIN, trim, anything your market needs), multi-photo galleries, dealer workspaces, buyer contact straight to the dealer or private seller.

Motorcycles, scooters & powersports

Bikes, scooters, ATVs, jet-skis. Category-shape filters (engine size, type, year), dealer or private-seller flow.

Commercial vehicles & fleet

Trucks, vans, buses. Fleet-friendly listings with commercial-vehicle fields. Buyers contact dealers directly for fleet inquiries. Equipment rental runs on the Booking add-on, with an availability calendar and booking fees.

Parts & accessories

Parts catalog with category filters, bulk import from supplier feeds, and on-platform orders (free cart add-on for multi-item checkout).

Dealer-network portals

Multi-dealer portals where each dealer gets a workspace, branded page and subscription plan, with buyer inquiries landing straight in their workspace. National or regional scope.

Niche & specialized

Classics, EVs, performance, off-road, vintage. Category-shape forms per niche, specialized filters and dealer subsets.

Automotive-specific depth

What vehicle marketplaces actually need, ready from day one

Vehicle listings, transactions, dealer tooling, feed import, financing and monetization — what every automotive platform runs on. Already wired, configurable per market.

01 · Listings

Vehicle-shape listings, not generic ads

A car listing is not a generic ad. The catalog speaks vehicles, and the fields it captures drive the filters buyers actually use.

  • Vehicle fields typed per class for cars, bikes or parts: make, model, year, trim, mileage, engine type, transmission
  • Category-scoped fields auto-build filters and facet navigation, with Sphinx full-text search fast at scale
  • Dynamic property icons in cards — key specs read at a glance (built in here, absent on Classifieds)
  • Indefinite publication — listings stay live until the vehicle sells, with no expiry clock
  • SEO and SEM fields per offer, built in (Classifieds has neither)
  • Favorites built in, with comparison and saved-search alerts via add-ons

02 · Transactions

Take payment, not just leads

Most whole-car deals still close with a conversation. What runs through your platform is the rest of the money: parts and accessories, rentals, and reservation deposits — so you earn on the transaction, not only the referral.

  • Multi-item checkout for parts, accessories and add-on services via the free cart add-on
  • Rentals and equipment hire booked and paid on-platform through the Booking add-on
  • Reservation deposits and part-payments on a vehicle, with the balance settled offline
  • Native orders, commission accounting, order statuses and buyer-to-seller order dialog, built in
  • 20+ payment gateways as standard add-ons, including invoice payment for offline confirmation
  • Positioned between a full marketplace and a classifieds board — transaction-capable without forcing every deal online

03 · Dealers and private sellers

Different rules per seller type

Dealers and private sellers do not behave the same way, and the platform treats them differently out of the box.

  • Dealer profiles with branded pages, inventory and subscription plans — the Companies module, built in
  • Company reviews with public replies, built in
  • Verified-dealer badges via the free Company Verification add-on
  • Different listing rules, limits and pricing for dealers versus private sellers
  • Multi-seat dealer teams with per-role access for owners and salespeople, via the Company Teams add-on

04 · Feed import

Stock in by the thousand, from your dealers' systems

Dealers do not hand-key inventory. Pull it from their feeds and keep it current on a schedule.

  • Bulk listing import via XML and CSV feeds, fetched from a feed URL on a schedule, daily to monthly
  • Background processing for large feeds, so big imports do not block the site
  • Custom feed adapters available as integrations for non-standard dealer systems
  • Imported listings inherit your categories, fields and moderation rules

05 · Financing and leads

Turn financing interest into leads

Most car buyers think in monthly payments. Show the number, and capture the lead.

  • Add the Loan Calculator add-on to show lending programs and the monthly payment on every vehicle page
  • Finance applications captured without the buyer leaving the site
  • Add Make-an-offer add-on to let buyers propose a price and open the negotiation
  • Pay-per-contact unlock via the Payed Contacts add-on
  • Buyer inquiries route to the dealer's or seller's inbox through built-in messaging, admin-visible

  • Featured and promoted listings, priced per category and region

What's in the box

Ready for your market, day one

You're not waiting on the basics. International reach, payments, mobile, SEO, anti-spam, customization — already wired. Your time goes on what makes your automotive marketplace yours.

100+ add-ons, one-click install

Your installed add-ons live in the admin panel, with the full catalog a click away to add more — payments, AI engines, maps, monetization, regional integrations.

20+ payment gateways

PayPal, Stripe, LiqPay, WayForPay, Mollie — standard add-ons, region-specific for every market you launch in.

Multi-language + AI translation

Translate the full interface and listings by connecting Google, DeepL or an AI engine through add-ons (two are free). RTL languages and right-to-left layouts in the core.

Sell in your buyer's currency

Automatic exchange-rate updates, regional pricing, and a configurable base currency. Everything you need to work in multiple currencies is built into the core — no separate add-ons to buy. Geo ships preloaded: region-to-city search, 26,000+ cities, district and metro levels, per-listing coordinates, visitor geo-detection.

Branded mobile apps + PWA

Branded apps in your own Apple and Google developer accounts, always in step with your site. PWA and push notifications available as add-ons to bring buyers back.

Catalog import: XML + CSV feeds

Bulk import from a feed URL on a schedule, daily to monthly. Background jobs handle large files. The Integration API add-on adds REST endpoints and webhooks: push listings in from your DMS or CRM, get events out.

SEO templates + tag landings

Title and description templates with macros for every category. SEO-tag landings each get a unique URL and ship to your sitemap. Analytics counters (GA, Pixel, Metrika) plug in from the admin, no code.

Hooks + themes, safe customization

Modify the platform without touching the core. Upgrades stay clean. Your customizations travel forward with every version.

Verification + moderation

Email and phone verification, reCAPTCHA, and moderation switches per entity — pre- or post-moderate listings, edits, dealers and reviews.

Your AI team

Build and grow a car marketplace that would need a whole team — without hiring one

IDA (Intelligent Domain Assistance) is design, content, development, SEO and ops working inside your admin. They know your catalog, your add-ons and your data from day one. You decide what to do. They do the work.
Open a new category

Launch a whole vehicle category this afternoon

The make, model, year and mileage fields down to each subcategory, plus descriptions, SEO titles and a landing page, all done together and live, not weeks of manual setup split across freelancers.

Look like a funded brand from the start

Homepage, palette and vehicle-category visuals tuned to your market, a storefront that looks raised on capital, with no agency invoice.

Instead of: a design studio and a month of revisions.
/pm/designer/writer

Hiring this out: a designer, a writer, a developer, an SEO, plus ops. That easily runs several thousand a month (illustrative, depends on your market). With IDA the whole team is included in your service period, and the only thing metered on top is your own AI usage, billed by your provider.

Your setup, already understood

IDA gives your AI team your setup from day one: what you sell, your add-ons, how you make money, your live data. No ramp-up, no re-explaining. The advice fits your project, not a generic template.

Builds what you'd otherwise hire out

Need an add-on, a theme change, a new landing page, or fresh category copy? Your AI team prepares it and shows you before anything goes live.

Reads your numbers on a schedule you set

Schedule a Monday-morning briefing right from your own terminal — IDA reads the counts, velocities and trends in your live data and flags what's worth a look. Runs on your own AI account. Nothing routed through us.

Reversible by design

IDA keeps a history of every code and file change they make. You can review any change, undo it, or roll back to a previous version at any time.

Runs on your own AI account (Claude Code, Codex, Grok, Kimi, or OpenCode with any OpenRouter model). Model usage is billed by your provider, never marked up by us.  What's owned vs subscribed

Ownership

You own the platform. You subscribe to the team

Your service period is a renewable plan for the team and upkeep, not rent for software you already own.

Buy once and it's yours

What you own

  • The platform licensePerpetual. Whatever you charge dealers stays with you in full. No transaction fees, no cut of your sales, no subscription on the software. The license covers one live domain and its subdomains.
  • The codeTransferred to your server, source included. The platform is built for you and your developers to extend. The proven engine core stays sealed, which is what lets upgrades land cleanly without breaking the feeds your dealers depend on.
  • The dataEvery vehicle, dealer profile and feed you have built moves to your server on purchase, stays there, and is yours to take anywhere.
Renewable

What you subscribe to

  • Platform updatesNew features and version upgrades as they ship.
  • SupportOur team in your account, the same one you had through the trial.
  • IDA, your role-based AI teamEvery role and its capabilities, kept current and running with you. AI model usage is separate and billed by your provider directly to you.

When the service period ends, updates, support and your AI team stop. Your platform keeps running.

Is an automotive marketplace platform the right fit for you?

An automotive platform spans both classifieds (high-volume listings) and marketplaces (on-platform purchase). Vehicle buyers often start with classifieds-style discovery (make, model, year, mileage) and move to on-platform transactions or dealer leads depending on the seller type.

An automotive platform handles both: vehicle-shape listings with deep filters, dealer workspaces, scheduled feed import, buyer inquiries straight to the dealer's workspace — and on-platform orders when the model needs them.

Monetization spans listing packages, dealer subscriptions, paid contacts and seller promotion (bump-up, highlight, fix-to-top, premium, urgent). A native banner module adds a second stream: 22 positions with regional targeting and click stats, ad space for parts brands, insurers and finance companies.

This platform is built for that mixed model: vehicle discovery with dealer-ready tooling. If your model is broader retail with cart + checkout across many product types, the Marketplace platform may be the better starting fit. For parts-only or pure-classifieds listings, the Classifieds platform is lighter.

Common questions

Pricing, licensing, setup, ownership — the practical stuff.

Do I need a developer team to run this?

No. The platform ships production-ready, and your AI team (IDA) works inside the admin panel for the everyday work you'd otherwise hire out — design tweaks, category copy, SEO, configuration, small custom fields. For larger custom work, our support team helps with architecture, and the /dev role builds it as an add-on so upgrades stay clean.

What AI can't decide (your pricing, your sellers, your brand) stays with you. The honest split: AI handles most of the repetitive build-and-run work. The judgment calls are yours.

How long does it take to launch?

A standard configuration (branding, categories, payment setup, basic translations) takes 2–3 weeks. Launches with custom integrations or heavy modifications typically run 6–10 weeks. The platform itself is production-ready from day one. Time-to-launch is almost entirely configuration, not engineering. Transactional emails ship as admin-editable templates, per language, no code.

What's in the AI team, and is it included?

Specialist roles (designer, writer, dev, admin, product, SEO, trust & safety, and QA) reachable by slash-command inside your admin. You can see them in action on request during your trial, and they run at full capacity once the platform is on your own server, during your active service period.

Your AI team runs on an engine you connect — Claude Code, Codex, Grok, Kimi, or OpenCode with any OpenRouter model. The model usage is billed through that engine. Everything else is part of your service period.

Can I modify the code? Do I own it?

You get access to the platform code and can modify it — only about 7–8% of the core is closed, and the apps are compiled. We recommend custom changes as add-ons (our module system) so upgrades stay clean. The /dev role helps architect this, and our support team is on hand. The license is perpetual: your automotive marketplace keeps running whether or not you renew service.

How does the trial become my own automotive marketplace?

The trial is the real platform on our servers — not a sandbox. When you buy, we move every setting and all your data to your own server, and the same team that helped you through the trial continues with you. No rebuild — everything carries over as is.

Does it support payment providers in our region?

Most likely. Over 20 payment gateways ship as standard add-ons — part of 100+ add-ons in total for payments, listings, monetization, AI and more. If your provider isn't there, your AI team wires it as a standard payment add-on.

What does it cost over time?

One payment for the platform license (it's yours indefinitely), plus a service period for updates, support and your AI team — $3,600/year for continuous renewal, optional. There are no transaction fees and no cut of your sales, so your cost doesn't grow as your platform does. See full pricing for tier details.
