Launch your marketplace with your AI team on board

A multi-vendor marketplace you own outright, with cart, checkout, vendor balances and commission out of the box and an AI team inside the admin doing the code, design, copy and SEO you'd otherwise hire out.
Live in weeks, yours for years.

What's in the box

Ready for your market, day one

You're not waiting on the basics. International reach, payments, mobile, SEO, moderation, customization — already wired. Your time goes on what makes your marketplace yours.

100+ add-ons, one-click install

Your installed add-ons live in the admin panel, with the full catalog a click away to add more — payments, AI engines, maps, monetization, regional integrations.

20+ payment gateways

PayPal, Stripe, LiqPay, WayForPay, Mollie, crypto — standard add-ons, region-specific for every market you launch in.

Multi-language + AI translation

Translate the full interface and listings through Google, DeepL or an AI engine you connect. RTL layouts included. Every listing, category, custom field and email stores per-language content natively.

Sell in your buyer's currency

Automatic exchange-rate updates, regional pricing, and a configurable base currency. Everything you need to work in multiple currencies is built into the core — no separate add-ons to buy.

Branded mobile apps + PWA

Branded apps in your own Apple and Google developer accounts, always in step with your site. PWA and push notifications available as add-ons to bring buyers back.

Catalog import + Integration API

Scheduled XML import is native, with CSV, YML and REST add-ons. Background jobs handle large files. The Integration API creates, approves and blocks listings and manages users and companies from your own systems.

SEO templates + tag landings

Macro-driven title and description templates per category. Tag landings via the SEO Tags add-on, each with its own URL in your sitemap. A multilingual blog is built in, and your AI team drafts and publishes to it through the API.

Hooks + themes, safe customization

Modify the platform without touching the core. Upgrades stay clean. Your customizations travel forward with every version.

Verification + moderation

Account verification, reCAPTCHA, balance limits and pre-moderation toggles, wired in. Phone-verified signups via Twilio and regional SMS add-ons. Buyers can report any listing or vendor: complaints land in a moderation queue, not your inbox.

Marketplace-specific depth

What a marketplace actually needs, built into the core

A multi-vendor engine with real cart and checkout, plus the levers a marketplace pulls every week — catalog, orders, vendor ranking and monetization. Already wired, configurable per business.

01 · Catalog

A catalog that is the backbone of the marketplace

Multi-vendor catalog, shared search, vendor-managed listings, moderation pipeline. The category tree is one of the highest-leverage things on the platform — you don't want to hand-roll it.

  • Nested categories, SEO-aware URLs
  • Ready-made category structure with properties and filters included — adapt it to your niche
  • Flexible, macro-driven SEO settings for search and listing pages
  • Two-step pre-moderation: vendor accounts approved before they sell, listings approved before they publish — both configurable
  • Product variants with their own price and stock under one parent listing
  • Per-category custom fields — typed fields that auto-build search filters, no code
  • Sphinx-powered search with category, geo, and custom-field facets
  • Bulk import (XML native, CSV/YML/REST via add-ons)
02 · Shopping cart

A cart that understands multi-vendor orders

Buyers fill one cart from many vendors. The platform splits the order correctly at checkout and tracks each vendor's fulfillment separately.

  • Stock-aware: quantity validated against each vendor's inventory
  • A comment to each vendor with their order
  • 60-day cart persistence — buyers return to a saved basket
  • Favorites built in, recently-viewed and similar-listings blocks via add-ons — buyers build shortlists and get pulled back to them
  • Saved-search subscriptions and price-drop alerts via add-ons — buyers get pulled back when new matches appear or a watched price falls
  • Guest checkout with one-step contact capture
  • Only live listings can enter the cart
03 · Orders

Order management, for you and for every vendor

Every order flows through statuses the platform understands. Vendors see their share, you see the whole picture, and buyers get notifications at every step.

  • Status pipeline with custom statuses
  • Per-order balance and commission tracked for every vendor
  • Notifications on order events (email, push, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram)
  • Built-in messaging center: buyers and vendors message inside the order or in direct dialogs. Everything lands in one center with folders and read status, visible to the admin. Deals stay on your platform
  • Full status-change history per order
04 · Vendor ranking

Reviews that travel across vendor, product, and the buyer

Reviews settle into a vendor's aggregate rating and count. Pre-moderation with a configurable auto-approve threshold and registered-user gating.

  • Three review targets: vendor, product, and buyer — separate aggregates, separate moderation queues
  • Aggregate rating and review count surfaced on every vendor and product page
  • Vendor-side responses to reviews
  • Multi-criteria scoring add-on — rate on the axes your category needs (delivery, quality, communication)
  • Vendor edit window with timestamped changes ("Edited by vendor [date]")
  • Buyer follow-up after a vendor response ("Did the vendor solve the problem?")
05 · Admin panel

The admin panel — the place you actually work

Rebuilt for operators who run the business day-to-day. Less clicking, more seeing. And your AI team works right inside it — more on that below.

  • Operator dashboard with counters for vendors, listings, users, and events that need moderator attention
  • Single admin account today — staff sub-roles built to your team's split by your AI team
  • Your AI team (IDA) embedded in the admin
  • Counters & Codes — Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Yandex Metrika in one place, no theme edits
  • Ready-made content blocks via theme and add-ons
06 · Monetization

Monetization, wired in from day one

Commission per transaction, vendor subscription plans, featured placement add-ons — the levers marketplaces actually use. Turn them on when the numbers say to, not when an engineer has time.

  • Commission targets: default, per-vendor, per-subscription-plan, per-user, per-listing — flat or %
  • Vendor subscription plans — listing limits, commission overrides, paid-service quotas, all per tier
  • Seller-paid promotion services: refresh, highlight, pin-to-top, plus bundles — vendors buy them themselves
  • Banner inventory you sell — positions, schedules, multilingual, click-tracked
  • Vendor balance, commissions and balance limits tracked per order
  • 20+ payment gateways as standard add-ons, including invoice-payment for offline confirmation
  • Plus a shelf of add-on levers when you want them: pay-per-contact, premium and urgent placement, a referral program, and Make-an-offer so buyers can counter with a price
Your AI team

Build and grow a marketplace that would need a whole team — without hiring one

IDA (Intelligent Domain Assistance) is design, content, development, SEO and ops working inside your admin. They know your catalog, your add-ons and your data from day one. You decide what to do. They do the work.
Open a new category

Launch a whole category this afternoon

The properties and filters down to each subcategory, plus descriptions, SEO titles and a landing page, all done together and live, not weeks of manual setup split across freelancers.

Instead of: a copywriter, an SEO and a designer, plus building out every filter by hand.

Answer a buyer

Ship the feature a buyer just asked for

"Add the local payment method everyone here uses." Built as a standard add-on, shown to you before it goes live. The add-on itself survives platform updates.

Instead of: a dev contract, a quote, and weeks of waiting.

Day one

Look like a funded brand from the start

Homepage, palette and category visuals tuned to your niche, a storefront that looks raised on capital, with no agency invoice.

Instead of: a design studio and a month of revisions.
/pm/designer/writer

Hiring this out: a designer, a writer, a developer, an SEO, plus ops. That easily runs several thousand a month (illustrative, depends on your market). With IDA the whole team is included in your service period, and the only thing metered on top is your own AI usage, billed by your provider.

Your setup, already understood

IDA already understands your setup: what you sell, your add-ons, how you make money, your live data. They read them from your own platform, so there's no ramp-up and no re-explaining. The advice fits your project, not a generic template.

Builds what you'd otherwise hire out

Need an add-on, a theme change, a new landing page, or fresh category copy? Your AI team prepares it and shows you before anything goes live.

Reads your numbers on a schedule you set

Schedule a Monday-morning briefing right from your own terminal — IDA reads the counts, velocities and trends in your live data and flags what's worth a look. Runs on your own AI account.

Reversible by design

IDA keeps a history of every code and file change they make. You can review any change, undo it, or roll back to a previous version at any time.

Runs on your own AI account (Claude Code, Codex, Grok, Kimi, or OpenCode with any OpenRouter model). Model usage is billed by your provider, never marked up by us.  What's owned vs subscribed

Ownership

You own the platform. You subscribe to the team

Your service period is a renewable plan for the team and upkeep, not rent for software you already own.

Buy once and it's yours

What you own

  • The platform licensePerpetual. Every point of commission you charge stays with you. No transaction fees, no cut of your sales, no percentage of the volume you grow into. There is no subscription on the software. The license covers one live domain and its subdomains.
  • The codeTransferred to your server, source included. The platform is built for you and your developers to extend. The proven engine core stays sealed, which is what lets upgrades land cleanly without breaking the part that runs your business.
  • The dataEvery vendor, every order and every vendor balance lives on your server. You choose the jurisdiction it lives in, and it is yours to take anywhere. We move your trial data there on request.
Renewable

What you subscribe to

  • Platform updatesNew features and version upgrades as they ship.
  • SupportOur team in your account, the same one you had through the trial.
  • IDA, your role-based AI teamEvery role and its capabilities, kept current and running with you. AI model usage is separate and billed by your provider directly to you.

When the service period ends, updates, support and your AI team stop. Your platform keeps running.

Is a marketplace the right platform for you?

Both a marketplace and a classifieds board connect buyers and sellers. The line between them is where the money moves — and the platform you start on either handles that or it doesn't.

A marketplace is the commerce layer: cart, payment, fulfillment, commission. Transactions happen on the platform, and so does the monetization. A classifieds board stops earlier, at the introduction, and earns from promotion and lead flow.

This platform is built for the first case: revenue from the transaction itself, not from advertising next to it. If you only need listings and lead flow, the Classifieds platform is the lighter, lower-cost fit.

You're on your own

We're not the cheapest to start, and SaaS is faster to first launch. What you get for that is ownership: no cut of your sales, your code on your server. And during the service period, our team supports you — with your AI team working right in your admin.

Mobile apps — branded, in your own stores

Your audience will want an app, and you can give them a branded one of your own.

  • In your own Apple and Google developer accounts, under your brand, never ours
  • Always in step with your site: same catalog and content, no separate app to maintain
  • Push notifications to bring buyers back

Common questions

Pricing, licensing, setup, ownership — the practical stuff.

Do I need a developer team to run this?

No. The platform ships production-ready, and your AI team (IDA) works inside the admin panel for the everyday work you'd otherwise hire out — design tweaks, category copy, SEO, configuration, small custom fields. For larger custom work, our support team helps with architecture, and the /dev role builds it as an add-on so upgrades stay clean.

What AI can't decide (your pricing, your sellers, your brand) stays with you. The honest split: AI handles most of the repetitive build-and-run work. The judgment calls are yours.

How long does it take to launch?

A standard configuration (branding, categories, payment setup, basic translations) takes 2–3 weeks. Launches with custom integrations or heavy modifications typically run 6–10 weeks. The platform itself is production-ready from day one. Time-to-launch is almost entirely configuration, not engineering.

What's in the AI team, and is it included?

Specialist roles (designer, writer, dev, admin, product, SEO, trust & safety, and QA) reachable by slash-command inside your admin. You can see them in action on request during your trial, and they run at full capacity once the platform is on your own server, during your active service period.

Your AI team runs on an engine you connect — Claude Code, Codex, Grok, Kimi, or OpenCode with any OpenRouter model. The model usage is billed through that engine. Everything else is part of your service period.

Can I modify the code? Do I own it?

You get access to the platform code and can modify it — only about 7–8% of the core is closed, and the apps are compiled. We recommend custom changes as add-ons (our module system) so upgrades stay clean. The /dev role helps architect this, and our support team is on hand. The license is perpetual: your marketplace keeps running whether or not you renew service.

How does the trial become my own marketplace?

The trial is the real platform on our servers — not a sandbox. After you buy, you can start with a clean project on your own server or keep your trial: we move every setting and all your data for you, with no rebuild. The same team that helped you through the trial continues with you.

Does it support payment providers in our region?

Most likely. Over 20 payment gateways ship as standard add-ons — part of 100+ add-ons in total for payments, listings, monetization, AI and more. If your provider isn't there, your AI team wires it as a standard payment add-on.

What does it cost over time?

One payment for the platform license (it's yours indefinitely), plus a service period for updates, support and your AI team — $3,600/year for continuous renewal, optional. There are no transaction fees and no cut of your sales, so your cost doesn't grow as your marketplace does. See full pricing for tier details.
