We install the platform on your server within about 3 business days of payment and server setup. From there, most marketplaces go live in a few weeks of configuration (branding, categories, payments, translations), not engineering — the platform is production-ready from day one. Heavier custom builds take longer.

Slash-command skill bundles (/admin, /pm, /dev, /designer, /writer, /seo, /mod, /qa), plus the MCP servers that connect them to your marketplace data, and a terminal embedded in your admin panel. That's the integration, included in every active service period. The AI engine itself runs on your own subscription or API key, billed to you directly by the provider. We don't proxy, resell, or mark up model usage.

Yours. When you open the terminal in your admin panel and start your chosen AI tool (Claude Code, for example), it authenticates against your own account through a standard login flow, the same as if you'd installed it on your laptop. We never see your credentials, and never route requests through ours. If you want scheduled or background AI tasks (like a Monday-morning briefing), those run from your own terminal on your own subscription, with the same auth as your interactive sessions, whichever engine you've chosen.

No. The terminal is a real shell on your VPS. What we provide is the environment around it: the skill bundles for each role, the MCP servers that expose your marketplace's data and tools, and the admin-panel integration that makes it convenient. AI traffic goes from your server to the provider directly.

Web from day one. Branded iOS and Android apps, shipped to your own App Store and Google Play developer accounts. They're included from purchase with six+ months of active service ahead.

20+ payment gateways ship as standard add-ons — Stripe, PayPal, Mollie, LiqPay, and many regional providers, including invoice payment. If yours isn't among them, your AI team wires it the same way: a standard payment add-on. The add-on itself survives platform updates, though some updates may need the integration tuned.

Self-hosted, on your own dedicated server or VPS (not shared hosting). You start with a 14-day free trial on our infrastructure, then we migrate the platform and your data to your environment. No transaction fees, no vendor lock-in — your software keeps running whether or not you renew the service period.

Security is built in. Out of the box you get protection against common attacks: SQL injection, XSS, CSRF, clickjacking and session fixation, alongside encrypted passwords, CAPTCHA, request throttling, IP banning and anti-spam filters. And because you self-host, your data stays on infrastructure you control.

You buy the platform license once and own it outright. A renewable service period keeps updates, support, and your AI team flowing. Yes — you get access to the platform code, with only a small, closed core. The rest is open to extend. We recommend custom changes as add-ons (our module system): edit the core directly and you can only take updates as manual archives, but keep it untouched and version upgrades stay clean and automatic. IDA's /dev role helps architect changes this way, and our support team is on hand for architecture questions.

Yes. You own the license outright, so the platform is yours to keep, sell, or move. If you sell the business, the license transfers to the new owner. Change your domain or server and it moves with you. We handle the changeover with you.
