Complaints

This add-on adds the option to submit a complaint about an order or a user.

• Complaint reasons are configured by the administrator.
• Users can also enter custom text for the complaint.
• The administrator can view the list of complaints and mark them as resolved.
• When a new complaint is submitted, the administrator receives a notification, which is configured in the settings.
• You can configure visibility for both signed-in and guest users.
• If needed, you can add CAPTCHA.
