Help

The “Help” add-on lets you create a dedicated section that helps visitors learn about your site and find answers on their own.

Users can find this section in the main menu and in the footer menu. On a question page, visitors can also search within the section and see other questions in the same category.

In the admin panel, you can configure the section name, placement, and availability.

Questions and articles are created in the admin panel. You can add a short and a full description, as well as photos and videos.

You can also create categories and arrange articles to make navigation easier.

You can filter the list of questions by category and add questions to a separate “FAQ” tab.

The module does not include any pre-filled content.
