Referral Program

This add-on adds a full-featured referral program to your platform. Users get personal links, invite friends, and earn cashback from their deposits. As the project owner, you control all accruals and payouts.

How it works

• Each user receives a personal referral link.
• A new user who signs up through that link automatically becomes their referral.
• If someone clicked multiple referral links before registering, the referral is assigned to the person whose link they clicked most recently before registration.
• When a referral makes a direct account top-up, cashback is credited to the inviter’s balance as a percentage of the top-up amount, for a limited period after registration (for example, 3% for 12 months).
• Accruals are tracked and added up until the minimum payout amount is reached. Only then do the funds become available to be credited to the inviting user.

User features

A «Referral Program» section appears in the user account, where the user can see:

• their unique referral link for inviting new users;
• a list of all invited referrals
• for each referral, the total accrued amount for the entire period.

The user also receives notifications:

• when a new referral appears;
• when new funds are credited under the referral program.

Admin features

An «Referral Program» section appears in the admin panel with several subsections:

1. Referral list

• A complete list of all referrals on the platform.
• The ability to filter referrals for a specific user.
• Display of the total amount of referral accruals.
• Access to a detailed history for each referral (dates and credited amounts).

2. Payouts

• View amounts that are due for payout to inviting users.
• Quick navigation to see who was credited and how much.

3. Manual management

• The ability to manually assign a referral to a user.

Settings

In the add-on settings, you can flexibly manage the referral program economics:

• set the accrual period for referral cashback after registration (in months);
• specify the cashback percentage from referral top-ups;
• define the minimum payout amount, the threshold at which referral accruals become available for crediting and payout.
