Classifieds platform · now with IDA (v5.0 Beta)

Launch your classifieds platform with your AI team on board

A classifieds platform you own outright, with region-aware search, the monetization classifieds actually use, and a base built to handle millions of listings — and your AI team inside the admin writing your category pages and SEO copy, building your banners, and more.
Niche or general, live in weeks, yours for years.

What you can build

One engine, many kinds of classifieds

The same listing core adapts to how your niche actually trades. A few of the shapes operators build on it.

General consumer classifieds

The Craigslist territory. Broad listings across many categories, with paid promotion and featured slots as the monetization engine.

Jobs & employment boards

Salary range, remote policy, seniority, employer subscriptions via add-on. The model for monetizing through hirers, not job-seekers.

Local services & trades

Find-a-plumber, tutor, dog-walker. Region-aware search, on-platform messaging, featured slots and paid placement as the engine.

Community & niche boards

Pet adoption, hobby exchanges, alumni networks. Listings inside a trust circle, premium tiers for power users via add-on.

B2B & industry directories

Companies, products, RFP-style listings. Business-to-business, with paid category-page placement as the revenue lever.

Events & activities

Concerts, classes, markets and meetups. Date-shaped listings with featured slots and promoted placement as the engine. Tickets and bookings happen off-platform.

Classifieds-specific depth

What classifieds actually need, built into the core

A base built for millions of listings, plus the levers a classifieds business pulls every week — forms, location, SEO, monetization and moderation. Built in or one install away, configurable per niche.

01 · Scale

A base built for millions of listings

Volume is the test a classifieds base has to pass, and the base is built to clear it.

  • Built to hold millions of listings, with Sphinx full-text search (morphology and synonyms) that stays fast as the catalog grows
  • Region-aware indexing, so search performance holds up market by market
  • Real-time admin stats dashboard via add-ons: listings, signups, 30-day actives, and zero-result searches per region
  • The scale a real board reaches is the starting point, not a ceiling you hit in year two

02 · Forms

Forms that change shape with the category

Vehicles have VIN, year and mileage. Jobs have salary range and remote policy. Real estate has beds, baths and floor area. Every category gets the fields it needs.

  • Category-scoped custom fields, with filters and facet navigation auto-generated to match
  • SEO-aware URLs that follow the category structure

03 · Location

Location is the unit

Classifieds that don't know where they are don't convert.

  • Geo tree ships preloaded: 240+ countries and 26,000+ cities, down to districts and metro stations
  • Geo-IP detection lands every visitor in their own region, with search scoped there
  • Promotion pricing and banner targeting can differ region by region
  • A board in Auckland, Tbilisi or Dubai each works natively in its own market

04 · SEO

Built to be found

Organic search is how a classifieds board grows, and the platform is built to win it.

  • An indexable landing page generated for every category and region
  • Region-aware URLs (country, region, city, category) on a subdomain or subdirectory
  • Macro-driven SEO titles and descriptions, plus clean sitemaps
  • Tag landing pages via the SEO Tags add-on
  • Long-tail “[item] in [city]” searches land on pages that already exist, not ones you hand-build

05 · Moderation

A moderation queue that actually scales

User-generated content is half the point of classifieds, and half the problem.

  • Pre-publish moderation queue with bulk approve, block and unpublish for high-volume days
  • Duplicate posts blocked before publication, one toggle away
  • Separate administrator, moderator and SEO-editor roles, with flexible permissions and room to add your own
  • On-platform buyer-seller messaging, with dialogs and attachments visible to your moderators and individual messages you can block, so leads don't leak into private inboxes
  • Complaint handling for listings, users and companies
  • Reputation when you're ready: listing, company and multi-criteria review add-ons

06 · Monetization

The monetization levers classifieds actually use

Free listings drive supply. Paid placement drives revenue.

  • Bump-to-top, featured slots, highlights and service packages, priced per category and region
  • Subscription plans, listing limits, promo codes, pinning and urgent tags available as add-ons
  • Banner inventory managed from the admin: scheduling, region, category and device targeting, with impression and click stats
  • Sellers watch their own listing views, the number that sells the next bump
  • No transaction gateway required — promotion itself is the product

What's in the box

Ready for your market, day one

You're not waiting on the basics. International reach, payments, mobile, SEO, anti-spam, customization — already wired. Your time goes on what makes your classifieds platform yours.

100+ add-ons, one-click install

Your installed add-ons live in the admin panel, with the full catalog a click away to add more — payments, AI engines, maps, monetization, regional integrations.

20+ payment gateways

PayPal, Stripe, LiqPay, WayForPay, Mollie, crypto — standard add-ons, region-specific for every market you launch in.

Multi-language + AI translation

Translate the full interface and listings through Google, DeepL or an AI engine you connect, then fine-tune in the built-in term-by-term editor. Transactional emails are admin-editable per language. RTL layouts included.

Sell in your buyer's currency

Automatic exchange-rate updates, regional pricing, and a configurable base currency. Everything you need to work in multiple currencies is built into the core — no separate add-ons to buy.

Branded mobile apps + PWA

Branded apps in your own Apple and Google developer accounts, always in step with your site. PWA and push notifications available as add-ons to bring buyers back.

Catalog import: CSV, XML, YML

Scheduled bulk import, or the REST Integration API add-on with token auth and webhooks. Background jobs handle large files. The same import updates listings that are already live, so prices and availability stay current on a schedule. A native 301 redirect manager protects your rankings when you move an existing board.

SEO templates + tag landings

Title and description templates with macros for every category. With the SEO Tags add-on, tag landings each get a unique URL and ship to your sitemap.

Hooks + themes, safe customization

Modify the platform without touching the core. Upgrades stay clean. Your customizations travel forward with every version.

Verification + moderation

Social sign-in, reCAPTCHA, email and phone verification (SMS via provider add-ons), plus a pre-publish moderation queue with optional duplicate filtering. All configurable per project.

Your AI team

Build and grow a classifieds site that would need a whole team — without hiring one

IDA (Intelligent Domain Assistance) is design, content, development, SEO and ops working inside your admin. They know your catalog, your add-ons and your data from day one. You decide what to do. They do the work.
Open a new category

Launch a whole category this afternoon

The listing fields and filters down to each subcategory, plus descriptions, SEO titles and a landing page, all done together and live, not weeks of manual setup split across freelancers.

Look like a funded brand from the start

Homepage, palette and category visuals tuned to your niche, a storefront that looks raised on capital, with no agency invoice.

Instead of: a design studio and a month of revisions.

Hiring this out: a designer, a writer, a developer, an SEO, plus ops. That easily runs several thousand a month (illustrative, depends on your market). With IDA the whole team is included in your service period, and the only thing metered on top is your own AI usage, billed by your provider.

Your setup, already understood

IDA gives your AI team your setup from day one: what you sell, your add-ons, how you make money, your live data. No ramp-up, no re-explaining. The advice fits your project, not a generic template.

Builds what you'd otherwise hire out

Need an add-on, a theme change, a new landing page, or fresh category copy? Your AI team prepares it and shows you before anything goes live.

Reads your numbers on a schedule you set

Schedule a Monday-morning briefing right from your own terminal — IDA reads the counts, velocities and trends in your live data and flags what's worth a look. Runs on your own AI account. Nothing routed through us.

Reversible by design

IDA keeps a history of every code and file change they make. You can review any change, undo it, or roll back to a previous version at any time.

Runs on your own AI account (Claude Code, Codex, Grok, Kimi, or OpenCode with any OpenRouter model). Model usage is billed by your provider, never marked up by us.  What's owned vs subscribed

Ownership

You own the platform. You subscribe to the team

Your service period is a renewable plan for the team and upkeep, not rent for software you already own.

Buy once and it's yours

What you own

  • The platform licensePerpetual. Listing fees, paid promotions and featured placement all settle to you. No transaction fees, no cut of your sales, no subscription on the software. The license covers one live domain and its subdomains.
  • The codeTransferred to your server, source included. The platform is built for you and your developers to extend. The proven engine core stays sealed, which is what lets upgrades land cleanly on a base built to carry millions of listings.
  • The dataEvery listing, every user account and every transaction record moves to your server on purchase, stays there, and is yours to take anywhere.
Renewable

What you subscribe to

  • Platform updatesNew features and version upgrades as they ship.
  • SupportOur team in your account, the same one you had through the trial.
  • IDA, your role-based AI teamEvery role and its capabilities, kept current and running with you. AI model usage is separate and billed by your provider directly to you.

When the service period ends, updates, support and your AI team stop. Your platform keeps running.

Is a classifieds platform the right fit for you?

Classifieds and marketplaces both connect buyers and sellers. The line between them is where the money moves — and your monetization model decides which one you actually need.

A classifieds platform earns from the introduction itself — promotion, featured slots, premium plans, paid placement. Transactions and fulfillment happen off-platform, between the parties. This is the lighter, lower-cost path when supply density and SEO traffic are the engine.

This platform is built for that case: revenue from listings, promotion and lead flow, not from a cart. If you need on-platform payments and commission, the Marketplace platform is the transactional fit.

Mobile apps — branded, in your own stores

Your audience will want an app, and you can give them a branded one of your own.

Common questions

Pricing, licensing, setup, ownership — the practical stuff.

Do I need a developer team to run this?

No. The platform ships production-ready, and your AI team (IDA) works inside the admin panel for the everyday work you'd otherwise hire out — design tweaks, category copy, SEO, configuration, small custom fields. For larger custom work, our support team helps with architecture, and the /dev role builds it as an add-on so upgrades stay clean.

What AI can't decide (your pricing, your sellers, your brand) stays with you. The honest split: AI handles most of the repetitive build-and-run work. The judgment calls are yours.

How long does it take to launch?

A standard configuration (branding, categories, payment setup, basic translations) takes 2–3 weeks. Launches with custom integrations or heavy modifications typically run 6–10 weeks. The platform itself is production-ready from day one. Time-to-launch is almost entirely configuration, not engineering.

What's in the AI team, and is it included?

Specialist roles (designer, writer, dev, admin, product, SEO, trust & safety, and QA) reachable by slash-command inside your admin. You can see them in action on request during your trial, and they run at full capacity once the platform is on your own server, during your active service period.

Your AI team runs on an engine you connect — Claude Code, Codex, Grok, Kimi, or OpenCode with any OpenRouter model. The model usage is billed through that engine. Everything else is part of your service period.

Can I modify the code? Do I own it?

You get access to the platform code and can modify it — only about 7–8% of the core is closed, and the apps are compiled. We recommend custom changes as add-ons (our module system) so upgrades stay clean. The /dev role helps architect this, and our support team is on hand. The license is perpetual: your classifieds platform keeps running whether or not you renew service.

How does the trial become my own classifieds platform?

The trial is the real platform on our servers — not a sandbox. When you buy, our team transfers every setting and all your data to your own server during your service period, and the same team that helped you through the trial continues with you. No rebuild — everything carries over as is.

Does it support payment providers in our region?

Most likely. Over 20 payment gateways ship as standard add-ons — part of 100+ add-ons in total for payments, listings, monetization, AI and more. If your provider isn't there, your AI team wires it as a standard payment add-on.

What does it cost over time?

One payment for the platform license (it's yours indefinitely), plus a service period for updates, support and your AI team — $3,600/year for continuous renewal, optional. There are no transaction fees and no cut of your sales, so your cost doesn't grow as your platform does. See full pricing for tier details.
