Add-on that enables renting out apartments in a selected category with order placement and subsequent booking confirmation.

On the listing page, users can place an order by selecting check-in and check-out dates, and also review additional booking information.

The add-on supports two booking confirmation modes — automatic confirmation and manual confirmation.

In automatic confirmation mode, after placing a booking order the visitor is redirected to pay using the selected payment system. After a successful payment, the visitor sees the page with the created booking and waits for the property owner to confirm receipt of payment.

In manual confirmation mode, the listing owner can manually review and confirm the booking, and then allow the visitor to pay. After the order is created, the owner receives a notification about the new order and can view the order details in their account, then check apartment availability. If the apartment is available, the owner can confirm the booking and allow payment. After that, payment becomes available to the visitor, and once the payment is successful and the owner receives the funds, the booking is considered confirmed.
