Companies module

The module allows a user to create their own company (store) and publish listings on its behalf.

The user can represent the company and communicate with buyers.

Company list

• The list is available as a standard list and as a map view.
• Search categories can be based on the categories of companies’ published listings or on separate categories.
• Company search is available with filters (dynamic properties) from companies’ published listings.
• Search by region is available based on the region specified in the company profile.
• The search bar can search by company name and description.
• The homepage also includes a block of the latest companies (or featured only) and an option to switch the search filter to company search.

Company list

• A company catalog mode is available (not linked to user accounts), with categories and search.
• A user can submit a request to claim ownership of a company as its representative using a special form on the company page. The request is then sent to a moderator for review.

Company page

• The company page shows the company description, contact details, and address on a map.
• A list of the company’s listings with search filters.
• A form to contact the company.
• A form to report the company.
• Share a link to the page on social networks or send an email with the link to a friend.

Dashboard and settings

• The company dashboard includes bulk listing publication (listing import).
• In the company profile settings, you can add contact details and links to social network pages.
• Text content can be provided in multiple languages.
• You can configure publishing so that listings are available only after a company is created. You can also publish both as an individual and as a company, and switch from an individual to a company.
• Creating a company requires moderator review of the application and then activation of the company profile.

Paid services

• Companies can use paid services for highlighting and pinning in the list.
• The company page can be customized using the Branding service.
• The “Subscription” plan add-on lets you set limits on the number of published listings, discounts on paid services, and import availability.
• You can enable company reviews using an add-on for the Reviews module.
• All pages include banner ad placements.
