Multi-star ratings help you collect more detailed feedback from users across different criteria.
For example, you can ask them to rate “Response speed”, “Delivery speed”, and “Service quality” separately, and so on.
The add-on works only with the “Reviews” plugin.
After setup, it can also be applied to “Company Reviews” and “Reviews for listings”, expanding their capabilities.
The overall rating for a single review will be the average across all rating criteria.
