Orders

The Orders add-on lets sellers publish listings for sale and buyers purchase them.

The seller can specify stock availability in the listing (product) settings and, when an order is received or while working on it, update its status and communicate with the buyer within the order. Stock updates are also available via import.

Buyers can place an order on the listing page and from listing lists. When placing an order, they can also add a comment.

While an order is being processed, participants receive all necessary notifications. Buyers also have a setting that lets them unsubscribe from this type of notification.

In the user account, there is an Orders section with all sales and purchases.

There is also the Cart add-on for ordering multiple items from one or several sellers.
